Countryside Barn Setting w/ Historic Flare
Hands up with Homegrown
1st sight brode 2
With breathtaking views of the countryside and animals grazing in the pastures, capture the moment at Revatone Farm. The farmhouse has a Civil War past and the circa 1930s dairy-barn-converted-to-horse-barn now provides seating for events. Two separate apartments exhibit exposed beams and provide space for bridesmaids/groomsmen to get ready and/or cozy quarters for overnight stays for honeymooners or friends/relatives. Take in the fresh air of the outdoors and delight in the company of sheep, goats, horses, chickens, geese, and turkeys. Be sure to steer clear of the bee hive! A 2-acre pond is nestled in the back side of the farm and is the backdrop behind one of the bonfire sites. It certainly compliments the view from the loft of the barn.
Stage your unique or simple ceremony at any angle of the farm. A tent is optional to provide shelter from the outdoor elements. Separate quarters are available for the bride & groom and their parties to get ready. Overnight stays are convenient for those traveling and a nice retreat for newlyweds.
Receptions & Events
Whether it's a wedding reception, a memorial for a loved one, or an exciting field trip for families and friends, this farm is a sanctuary and refreshing display of nature. Celebrating a birthday, graduation, or other special occasion? Music shows and entertainment performances will have a unique setting away from the hustle and bustle. Under the star filled sky with a bonfire to gather around is good medicine for the soul and will create unforgettable memories. Two apartments are also available with full bathrooms and kitchens.
Pick from 2 unique apartments tucked away on the farm for rest and relaxation. Perhaps you'd like to spend time with the farm animals, explore the 50 acres or gaze upon the 2 acre pond. Bring your own groceries or order in.
THE MILKHOUSE APARTMENT
This apartment is attached to the barn and was originally the milkhouse used to store milk collected from the dairy cows. The cinderblock walls helped maintain a constant tempurature to assist with keeping the milk cool. While the mainhouse was being renovated around 1987, the milkhouse was converted to an apartment for the builder who finished the remodel of the house.
THE FARMHOUSE APARTMENT
This apartment is actually attached to the farmhouse. The old farmhouse dates back to pre-civil war times. The flooring is original and features exposed beams. There is one bedroom, a loft, a kitchen attached to the family room and a full bathroom.
